Change your ticket

During office hours and provided you can pay by credit card, you can cancel or modify your ticket (e.g. date, time, boarding point in the Netherlands) at a Eurolines shop, our Call Center or at the travel agency where you bought your original ticket.

  • Eurolines shops: Cancellations/ Modifications of tickets bought in the shop, modifications of internet and call center bookings
  • Call Center: Cancellations/ Modifications of internet and call center bookings. Modification fees can only be paid by credit card.  

 

Please note: we do not handle requests regarding cancelling or modification of tickets sent to us by email.
