Booking your coach ticket to Europe and Morocco online is easy .

Making a booking

There are 3 important criteria needed to make an online booking:

  1. A valid credit card or IDeal-internet banking

  2. A valid email address to receive an email confirmation with a link to the e-ticket

  3. A printer in order to print your e-ticket.  

Receiving & printing your e-ticket

Important! You will receive an e-mail confirmation with relevant details of your booking. In this e-mail is a link which you must click to access, download and print your e-ticket. A print of this downloaded e-ticket is the only proof of your entitlement to travel.

Check-in with your e-ticket

Departure from the Netherlands: In Amsterdam you check-in at one of the counters inside the Eurolines bus station. From all other Dutch departure points your check-in is directly with the driver of the coach. You must check-in no later than 30 minutes before the departure time stated on your ticket. Check-in closes 15 minutes before departure. Once check-in is closed, we regret that boarding of the coach is not possible and your ticket will be invalid for travel.
Departure from London: Check-in is no later than 1 hour before departure at the counters.
Departure from other countries: Check-in no later than 30 minutes before departure

If there is a Eurolines office that is open close to your departure point you can check-in at the counter - otherwise directly with the driver.

We would like to point out that not all are buses are running with the Eurolines colors or logo, also it can be thatyour coach has another final destination than the one you have reserved. Do therefore always check with the driver if your destination or transfer is done by respective bus.

Please prepare your traveldocuments (printed e-ticket, valid passport or identity card and other documents needed)
