Luggage

Unless indicated otherwise in the timetable, the general luggage allowance is two average sized suitcases (70x80x20 cm) with a maximum total weight of 25 kilos and one single hand luggage per person, unless otherwise stated in the timetable and/or below. Babies (0-3 years) and children (4-11 years) are allowed half of this allowance. Some European coach companies apply a small insurance charge per item of luggage to be paid to the driver. Please refer to Travel conditions article 5 for more information about luggage.

Specific luggage conditions per country:

Morocco: Adults max. 40 kilo / children (to 12 years) 20 kilo luggage free per person,
Children under 4 years: no luggage allowance
Romania: Luggage restricted to 35 kilo per person. Extra luggage: €1,50 per kilo.
Serbia: Luggage restricted to two items per person. Insurance surcharge €3 per item of luggage.

Great Brittain: Each customer, who continues his trip beyond London with National Express is authorized to carry 2 medium sized suitcases (max.20kg per case) and 1 hand luggage free of charges. Excess luggage: 10£ per case, for a single journey; 15£ per case for a return journey.

It's forbidden te take narcotics, explosives and other dangerous objects along. Bicycles aren't allowed, as well as snowboards or other ski material. Animals aren't allowed, except for guides dogs. You must report when it booking and provide the required border formalities.
