During the journey

On board

  • To ensure the comfort of all passengers, eating, drinking alcohol or smoking onboard is strictly forbidden. Regular stops are scheduled to allow customers to eat/smoke. The coach driver has the right to refuse any passenger under the influence of alcohol who may have a disruptive influence on the enjoyment of travel of fellow passengers. If provided, the wearing of seats belt whilst traveling is compulsory.  The coach driver has the right to refuse any passenger under the influence of alcohol who may have a disruptive influence on the enjoyment of travel of fellow passengers. Please refer to Transportation conditions article 8 (Obligations of the passenger) for further details.
  • On some routes during the holiday seasons, it is possible that your coach will not be in Eurolines livery. Usually there is a Eurolines notice in the front window. Always check with the driver of a non- livery coach if ot is a Eurolines service.
  • Sometimes the coach that picks you up from your departure point has only the final destination displayed in the front window. This is because the majority of Eurolines routes include multiple stops and it would be impractical to display every stop in the front window. This can be the case for destinations in for example Belgium, France, Germany and Luxembourg. Also, you may have booked a journey which requires a change of coach. In both examples, please ask the driver to confirm that his/her coach is going to the destination stated on your ticket.
